1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RP Inventory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RP Inventory is a stock and profit tracking tool for resellers. The Service includes inventory management, profit analytics, AI-powered price checking, and cloud data sync. Access is available via an in-app purchase subscription or through an existing Resellers Paradise community membership.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age.
Access to the full Service requires either an active in-app purchase subscription or an active Resellers Paradise membership verified via Discord.

4. Account & Authentication

You log in via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from compromised Discord credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
Use the Service for any illegal activity.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the inventory data you enter. We store it to provide the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. AI Features

SnapValuator and other AI-powered features use third-party AI services. Results are estimates and should not be relied upon as definitive valuations. We are not liable for inaccurate AI-generated information.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. In-App Purchase Subscriptions

RP Premium Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription available via the Apple App Store at £24.99 per month.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions) after purchase.
No refund will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

The in-app purchase subscription provides access to the RP Inventory app only. It does not include access to any other Resellers Paradise services, Discord community perks, or other features.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account feature in Settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
