1. Who We Are

RP Inventory ("we", "us", "our") is a stock and profit tracking tool operated by Resellers Paradise. Our website is app.resellersparadise.co.uk.

2. Information We Collect

When you use RP Inventory, we collect:

Discord account information: Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar — provided via Discord OAuth2 when you log in.
Inventory data: Items, sales, expenses, business settings, and other data you enter into the app. This is stored on our servers to enable cloud sync.
Device information: Basic device and app version info for debugging purposes.
Apple purchase data: If you subscribe via the App Store, we store your transaction ID and subscription expiry date to verify your subscription status. No payment card details are collected — all billing is handled directly by Apple.

We do not collect your email address, real name, payment card information, or Discord messages.

3. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you via Discord and verify your membership status.
To store and sync your inventory data across your devices.
To provide app features such as profit tracking, analytics, and alerts.
To improve the app and fix bugs.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers hosted by Railway. We use JWT-based authentication and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Inventory data is stored in individual JSON files on the server.

5. Third-Party Services

Discord: Used for authentication. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
eBay: We query eBay sold listings for price checking features. No personal data is shared with eBay.
OpenAI: Images submitted to SnapValuator are sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Apple: In-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple. We receive transaction identifiers and subscription status from Apple to verify your access. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data (available via the Export feature in Settings).
Delete your account and all data (available via the Delete Account option in Settings).
Withdraw consent by logging out and ceasing to use the service.

8. Children's Privacy

RP Inventory is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
